Learning environment
We truly believe if a child feels secure and happy they will thrive and achieve their own individual potential, given the opportunities. We take time to get to know our children and families, so we can provide the best support. Every child has individual needs and we try to provide for these requirments.
Each child has a key practitoner, who will welcome the child into the room, change, feed and plan their play and study their development. However the children get to know all the members of staff so they feel comfortable and secure at all times.
We work closely with the Early Years services and Ofsted who regulates and advises us. We also have a good relationship with the family centre that is on the same site as us.
We plan our activitiesof learning around the Early Years Foundation Stage including the Characteristic's of Effective Learning. These cover all your child's developmental areas of learning, including the prime area's Personal, Social and Emotional, Communication and Language and Physical development
